Luon runners Darren Deed and Rebecca Murray competed at the Inter Counties Cross Country Championships in Birmingham at the weekend.

They were up against the best cross country runners in Britain, both running superbly to finish in 10th place.
Deed, at the age of 37, has now been selected to run for England for the first time on Saturday at the IAAF Antrim Cross Country International in Belfast.
