Bowls round-up

Sunday’s county finals saw Luton Town BC’s Tom Cawdell beat club-mate Roger Manning 21-16 in the singles and Paul Murray beat Tom Summerfield 14-10, while Jack Cawdell lost 21-19 in the U25 competition.

All now head to the national championships in Worthing, starting on Saturday. On the club front the season is now entering the last few weeks with friendlies and Luton and District League games the regular meetings. Kents are at Bowling Green Lane tonight.
