Boxfit members in action

Boxfit AC’s Sarah Halford ran the 5km St Albans Parkrun at the weekend in fine time of 20mins.

Husband and wife Paul and Steph Evans plus Stuart Juggins entered the Terry Wotton sprint triathlon, which was a 400m swim, 20km bike ride and 5km run.

Juggins timed 1.05hrs, while Paul finished in 1.13hrs and Steph in 1.29hrs.

Boxfit are hosting a free training day this Thursday at Venue 360 for everyone who has entered the Luton half-marathon.

There will be free coaching nutrition advice and support for the race.

Meanwhile, Darren Deed claimed third place at the Robin Hood Half-Marathon as he clocked 1.07hrs.
