The pair are meeting for the vacant belt and Devine is confident his preparation has gone to plan for the scheduled 10-rounder.

He said: “It’s gone very well, I’ve been really putting in the work this time, with no injuries as well.

“I’ve been sparring with a few good lads, Michael Lomax, a Prizefighter champion, was doing well there, John Cash, my stablemate, he’s a great talent, I’ve been learning a lot from him.

“I was fairly fit from my last camp, and didn’t take any time off, just stepped that up, so I’m ready to bring that title home now.”

Standing in Devine’s way is Tortladze, a Georgian with four wins, three losses and a draw to his name, but the Luton fighter is already looking past Saturday’s bout too and has his next opponent in mind.
