The Lutonian enjoyed a first round stoppage over his opponent and tweeting afterwards, Reynolds said: “10 months absent from the ring and tonight I took on the Swedish golden boy and came out victorious with a first round win due to a nasty cut!

“A great result for England last night winning 5-1 against Sweden thank you TeamEngland for a great evening & a great honour to be voted Team Captain.”

Reynolds is now back in action later this month when he fights at the Spiceball Leisure Centre in Banbury on March 25.
