Reynolds heading to ABAs in Liverpool after excellent victory
At the Home Counties qualifiers, Reynolds fought Bedford Boxing Club’s Ermal Dida and having traded some tough early exchanges, he began to take control of the fight dominating his opponent come the final bell.
Quite surprisingly the judges scored a split decision, but this was of little consequence to Reynolds.

“Anything that comes from that will be a bonus.
“I’ve been seeded but I’ll still be up against some tough opponents, every fight will be 50/50 and whichever fighter is on their game that day will win.”
The Elite Championships, from April 29 to May 1, are now in partnership with Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom Foundation, so it will give Reynolds a chance to showcase his talent in front of some of the most experienced people in boxing.
Combine this with Liverpool’s great boxing heritage and fanbase and it makes for intriguing times for Luton’s rising star.
