Standing in his was is ex-GB and World Series boxer Daniel Woledge as Reynolds said: “From only just sparring him three weeks ago, I got a call saying would I like to fight for the English title against him?

“I was buzzing when I got the call, and the first thing I said was ‘yes of course’.

“It’s a 50/50 fight as we both have fought at top level and won national titles.

“I hope to do everyone proud as I’ve come a long way in the space of four to five years, with 56 fights and just five losses.

“I’ve won multi national and international titles, so it would be good to put Luton back on the map!”

Reynolds doesn’t think that fighting at York Hall will affect him in anyway, adding: “It’s going to be great boxing there especially with over 100 Luton fans supporting me.

“It’s great to box there as I’ve fought all over at great venues like the Echo Arena so it shouldn’t faze me one bit.”
