Cawsey reaches last eight

The Luton & Vauxhall TC member won all three of his round-robin group matches, beating Gianluca Berto, Freddie Arbuthnott and Joshua Kerton but then lost in the main draw to Mathieu Betto.

He then went into the consolation draw and reached the final where he was edged out by Thomas Whitwell.

Cawsey has been in good form recently as he won the Sutton Coldfield Doe Sport Junior Open U10 boys singles and reached the final of the Berkhamsted Open Junior U10 boys singles.
