AKCC are relegated
FIVE times Premier Division winners AKCC have been relegated from the top division of the Luton & District Midweek League for the first time in their history.
AKCC needed to beat Kingsway CC and for Hawks to lose to avoid relegation, but Hawks came out victorious against Lions CC which confirmed their relegation from the big time.
Kingsway CC posted 100-5 in their allotted overs with Sanjay Chandarana top-scoring with 42 and Naveed Ahmed claiming 3-11.
