Cherry picks five but can’t force a derby win
Dunstable had the better of the match as they made 255-8 in 53 overs after an opening partnership of 119 between Mahesh Bhutiya and Andy Boocock.
It ended when Boocock was out for 54, but Bhutiya carried on, making 89, while Hassan Pervaiz added 35.

Hide AdLuton’s best bowler was Divyesh Patel who claimed 3-84, before his side were reduced to 126-8 in reply as Ali Mehmood was out for 35 with Dunstable bowler Luke Cherry impressing with 5-52.
Dhiren Salvi came to the rescue though with 64 not out, while he was backed up by Tahir Murtaza’s unbeaten 13 as Luton survived on 169-8.
