LT & Indians remain in title race

Luton Town & Indians’ hopes of winning Saracens Herts League Division Two will go down to the final game of the season after they crushed Broxbourne by 10 wickets on Saturday.

Khizer Manzoor claimed stunning figures of 7-25 from 13 overs, while Tahir Murtaza took 3-22 as the hosts were skittled for 51.

It took Luton under 10 overs to reach their target as they made 52-0 thanks to openers Jeremy Page (29 not out) and Mehmood Ali (21 not out).

Luton are now 18 points behind leaders Reed, with both sides having one game left to play as Town travel to St Margaretsbury and Reed visit Dunstable.
