Dees knocked out of Beds Cup by Biggleswade

Dunstablians were knocked out of the Beds Cup with a 14-5 defeat at Biggleswade on Saturday.

Confident Biggy started strongly and kicked a penalty to lead 3-0. Dees then upped their game as Matt Anderson raced over in the corner for an unconverted try.

Biggleswade hit back with a penalty and further try to lead 11-5 at half time.

Changes were forced due to injuries with Stuart Calder and Tom Evans both taken off but Biggy kicked a penalty to seal the win.

This weekend, Dees host Oadby Wyggestonians in Midlands Two East South.
