Dees strengthen ahead of new Midlands Two season

Dunstablians kick off their friendly campaign at home to Peterborough on Saturday, with a 3pm start.

The Dees then play a midweek floodlit fixture against Milton Keynes also at Bidwell Park on Tuesday night, starting at 7.30pm, before travelling to Bedford Athletic the following Saturday.

First team manager Damian Daize said: “We have strengthened the coaching and management team, all of this along with some new recruits and the influence of the exciting young players coming through this year.”

Dunstablians start their Midlands Two East South season at Wellingborough on Saturday, September 8.

The club is continuing their ambitious plans, with the BUY-a-BRICK campaign following the grant from the Inspired Facilities, Sport England Lottery Fund (inspired by London 2012 Olympic) towards the £97,000 required for clubhouse improvements.
