Double defeat for Vauxhall
HOCKEY: Vauxhall Chiltern failed to perform to their full potential as they lost 5-0 at Royston in the Five Counties Women’s Hockey League Premier Division. Claire Browne put in a great performance though as she claimed the player of the game award.
Despite a decent showing Vauxhall IIs were beaten by two late goals as they lost 2-0 at home to Potters Bar in Division Three, Jenny Dimmock the hosts’ player of the game.
