Dunstable swimmers win bucketful of medals
DUNSTABLE Swimming Club brought home a bucketful of medals from the Watford Alternative National Open meet with 15 swimmers winning a total of 13 golds, four silvers and five bronze medals along with 32 personal best times.
Brother and sister Connor, 13, and Anna Newton, 11, both proved their dominance in the breaststroke winning all six 50m, 100m and 200m events between them.
There were also two PBs for Connor in the 100m and 200m along with a six-second PB for Anna in the 200m event.
