AFC clinch win in 10-goal thriller

AFC Dunstable produced a superb comeback to win 6-4 at Ampthill Town in the Molten Spartan SML Premier Division on Saturday.

AFC took the lead through Stephane Kemoagna, before Michael McKenzie doubling their advantage.

Dean Hitchcock pulled one back, but Ampthill went 3-1 in front with Kemoagna’s second.

AFC then surged ahead themselves as Hitchcock, Graham Clarke, Richard Harker, and BJ Christie all netted to make it 5-3.

McKenzie pulled one back before Christie restored his side’s two-goal advantage late on.

AFC travel to Southall in the second round of the Challenge Trophy tonight.
