Barton Rovers remain bottom after Slough defeat

BARTON Rovers suffered their sixth league defeat of the season as they remain bottom of Evo-Stik Southern League Division One Central following their 2-1 loss at Slough Town on Tuesday night.

Goals from Dom Masala (29) and Dan Burnell (41) put the home side in charge and, although Sam Spencer pulled one back with 12 minutes to go, it wasn’t enough as Slough won out in front of a crowd of 212.

At the weekend Barton lost 2-0 at home to Bedfordshire neighbours Biggleswade Town.

This Saturday, Barton host Hatfield Town in the first round qualifying of the FA Cup.
