Hide AdTown wrapped up the tie when Holmes added his second of the night.
Nathan Frater then came very close to number four as Dunstable continued their unbeaten start to the season.
On Saturday, Blues drew 2-2 at London Tigers in the Premier Division, Holmes and Jackson on target. This Saturday they entertain Broxbourne Borough in the first qualifying round of the FA Cup and on Tuesday travel to Hatfield in the league.
