Hide AdThe visitors did their best to deny Dunstable in the second half, but Town hit the fourth on 77 minutes through top scorer Lee Roache.
A second for Roache soon followed, making it 38 goals in 37 appearances this season, before Nick Jackson completed the scoring late on.
Dunstable now lead Oxhey Jets by five points but the Middlesex side have a game in hand and Town host Haringey Borough on Tuesday night.
