Dunstable win champions clash against Cirencester

Dunstable Town won the Calor Southern League Championship match with a 1-0 triumph at Cirencester on Saturday.

The game, which was between the winners of the Division One Central and Division One South & West, saw both sides presented with their trophies and medals beforehand.

Dunstable came out on top courtesy of a 37th minute goal scored by Ryan Plowright in a well-contested clash between the teams, who will meet again in the Premier Division next season.

Blues: Jamie Head, Jerome Jibodu, Leon Cashman, Kyle Anthony, Joseph Bruce, Moses Olaleye, Ryan Plowright, Nathan Frater, Lee Roache, Terry Dixon, Christopher Marsh.

Subs used: Tony Fontanelle, Damen Pickering and Taishan Griffith.
