Hatters boss confirms a 'suspected broken leg' for on-loan Leeds midfielder
The substitute had only been on for a matter of minutes when he took a heavy touch and went down under a last-ditch challenge with Luton looking for a second goal in the final 10 minutes.
Physio Simon Parsell immediately signalled for a stretcher, with O’Kane undergoing several minutes of treatment before being taken away as Jones told the press afterwards: “It’s a suspected broken leg.

“But it’s broken bone in his leg, I don’t know which one, so our thoughts go out to him and we give him all the support as we possibly can as a club and hopefully he’ll be back very quickly.
“He had just come on and it was probably a bad touch that allowed it as if he had taken a good touch we were four on one and we were in, that’s the unfortunate thing.
“But football’s like that, sport’s like that, one certain second or little thing here, like the Sliding Doors moment, it’s tragic really as he’s a great kid.
