Hatters boss Nathan Jones felt both he and the supporters gained a lot from the ‘Meet the Manager’ event held by Trust in Luton on Monday night.
The Luton chief was quizzed by fans on a number of topics, including his plans for taking the the club forward, loan signings, and even what he does to relax away from football.
“Events like that only add to the support you get, but also gives them a greater insight into what we’re trying to do.”Nathan Jones
When asked what he thought of the evening, Jones said: “I really enjoy that side of it and think it’s vital as I want the fans to see what we’re trying to do here.
“I want them to get a close in depth view of what we are trying to do and think by conversing so closely and getting that interaction first hand is a real big thing.
“I think they saw my vision, saw my passion and my desire what I’d like to do for Luton Town and I think up until right now they’ve got behind that fantastically well.
“Events like that only add to the support you get, but also gives them a greater insight into what we’re trying to do and they believe in that as well, so we can take the club forward together which is ultimately what we’re trying to do.”
