QPR offer new deal to Harriman

Luton Town’s hopes of signing QPR full back Michael Harriman could hang in the balance after the defender was offered a new deal by the Premier League side.

On the R’s official website, the club, who will be playing in the Championship next season after relegation from the top flight, confirmed that new contracts had been offered deals to Harriman, Frankie Sutherland, Brandon Comley and Ben Pattie.

The 22-year-old proved a hit with Town fans during his seven month stay at Kenilworth Road this season, where he made 39 appearances, scoring twice.

Harriman has made it public he would like to make his move to Luton permanent as speaking recently, he said: “Now we can start pushing to see if we can get something nailed down here.

“I want to be here as much as I can, the fans have been fantastic since I’ve been here, they’ve won me over I can safely say.”
