Town chief may look at trialists again

Hatters boss John Still could cast his eye over the three trialists who played in Luton’s Final Third Development League 3-0 win over Gillingham last week during pre-season.

Buxton striker Shaun Tuton, Concord Rangers midfielder Taylor Miles and Paulton Rovers attacker Jon Davies all started, with Tuton scoring and setting up another.

Still said: “We won’t be doing anything definite with any of them now, but the chances are in pre-season that we ask someone down for that.”

Youngster Isaac Galliford netted twice, with two excellent finishes after recently penning his first pro deal at the club.

Goalkeeper Craig King was the only other of the U18s squad kept on and Still believes both warrant a chance with the first team squad.
