Boston would be interested in Miller return

The 24-year-old joined Hatters in the summer after netting 28 goals for the Pilgrims last season, but is yet to feature in a competitive clash for Luton.

Green told the Boston Target: “It’s down to Luton. We expressed to Luton when they took him that if they ever wanted to put him out on the loan, we would be interested in taking him back.

“I’ll stay in contact with Luton and when they’re ready to put him out on loan, I’m sure he’ll come to Boston.

“If they’ve got a fully fit squad and Ricky hasn’t played for a month, they might want him to get games. It’s not an approach as such, but I’ll say to John ‘if you want him to get some games, you can put him out on loan to us’.

“So hopefully, at some stage, we’ll be able to get Ricky back.”
