Cuthbert would relish becoming Luton’s full-time skipper
The position, which became vacant when Steve McNulty joined Tranmere Rovers on loan with a view to a permanent move recently, has been filled by summer signing Cuthbert for the past eight games.
He led the side once more against Carlisle on Tuesday and on his chances of being made full-time skipper, he said: “I’ve enjoyed it, the manager’s given it to me when Steve McNulty’s left and I’m loving every minute of it.

“Until I’m told otherwise, I’ll keep captaining the team and I’m delighted to do so.”
