The January transfer window saw Town add three players to their squad, Peter Kioso, Cameron Carter-Vickers and Eunan O'Kane, while the other sides in the bottom six, Barnsley, Wigan, Stoke, Huddersfield and Charlton all brought in new faces to aid their battle for safety. 5. WIGAN: Jan Mlakar - Brighton (loan)
Slovenian forward is another who has joined on loan from Brighton for the rest of the season. Previously at Fiorentina, he spent the first half of the campaign at QPR, but failed to score in eight appearances.
6. WIGAN: Alex Dobre - Bournemouth (loan)
Romanian U21 international signed on deadline day from AFC Bournemouth. Only played once for the Cherries, that against Luton in the FA Cup this season, with previous loan experience at Bury, Rochdale and Yeovil.
7. WIGAN: Kieran Dowell - Everton (loan).
Everton midfielder cut short his loan deal at Derby to move to Wigan on loan until the end of the season. Former England U21 international has made four starts for the Latics so far.
8. STOKE CITY: Jordan Thompson - Blackpool (undisclosed).
Former Rangers midfielder joined up with his Northern Ireland international manager Michael ONeill at Stoke after leaving Blackpool. Made his Potters debut off the bench in the 4-0 defeat at Derby.
