Only decision possible according to Money

LUTON Town manager Richard Money believed the right call was made to abandon the Blue Square Bet Premier clash with York City early in the second half at the weekend, writes Mike Simmonds.

He said: “It was the sensible decision. Gary (Mills) and I got together with the fourth official and we couldn’t see. It (the snow) came down like a blizzard and we just couldn’t see.

“Neither team wanted to lose the game because of a mistake more than anything and I thought both teams gave a real good fist of it.”
