Luton boss Nathan Jones aims to take a good look at defender Gabriel Osho after recalling him from a loan spell with National League side Yeovil Town recently.

The 22-year-old moved to Kenilworth Road in November following his departure from this weekend's FA Cup third round opponents Reading and was quickly sent to the Glovers where he made four appearances in December.

Osho returned to Bedfordshire last week though and is now in line for his Hatters debut against the Royals on Saturday, as Jones said: "We have recalled Gabby Osho because he was only going out on a short-term loan to get game time fitness wise.

"He went to a good place in Yeovil, a place I know very well, he’s back with us now and eligible, so we can a real good look at him.

"Again if in the coming weeks he is not closer to our first team than we would like, then the same path will be available to him."

When asked if he had plans to loan any others players in his squad out this month for some much-needed football, Jones added: "No, maybe the under-23 group but we’re pretty much settled in what we have.

"In the forthcoming weeks, we’re looking to get everyone up to speed so we can have a strong finish to the season which is something we would like."
