Luton and play-off hopefuls Reading cancelled each other out during a 0-0 draw at Kenilworth Road last night. The Hatters went close through Jordan Clark in the first half, while James Collins might have won it at the death with a header, but Nathan Jones' side did extend their unbeaten run to three games. To find out how the hosts rated on the evening, see below.
5. Sonny Bradley: 8
Another solid showing as the Hatters made it back-to-back clean sheets without any major alarms. Kept calm when the Royals tried to go for broke in the closing stages too, throwing a number of experienced attackers on.
6. Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu: 8
Another example of Luton’s desire to start on the front foot and get at their opponents from the word go. Got stuck in from the opening moments, making some crunching challenges throughout as he didn’t come off it once.
7. Ryan Tunnicliffe: 7
Came in at very short notice for Berry who pulled up in the warm-up and showed that he was ready for battle, getting around the pitch with real tenacity for just over an hour to ensure Reading couldn’t ever fully settle.
8. Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall: 7.5
Always eager to receive possession and keep Town moving, almost slipping in Adebayo in the first half. Saw an effort tipped behind by Rafael and should have had an assist with the final action, his corner headed over by Collins.
