Luton made it five games unbeaten when held to a 1-1 draw against Middlesbrough on Saturday. The hosts took the lead through Glen Rea's third goal of the season, but were pegged back almost immediately, Duncan Watmore's deflected header beating Simon Sluga. 5. Sonny Bradley: 7
Lost Watmore for the instant Boro equaliser as the attacker was left in acres of space to head goalwards. Tightened up afterwards though and got a crucial block to prevent Saville winning it in the closing stages.
6. Glen Rea (STAR MAN): 8.5
Back to somewhere near his best, displaying some crisp passing under pressure and won his battles to screen Town’s back four. Also reacted quicket to pop up with Luton’s opener once Naismith’s header hit the bar.
7. Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall: 8.5
One marvellous piece of strength and vision picked out Mpanzu in the first period for a great chance. Ran the game after the break too, Town’s most creative outlet once more, although slightly fortunate to win the penalty which Collins missed.
8. Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu: 6.5
Was involved throughout, making some bursting runs forward, but wasted a great chance when picked out by Dewsbury-Hall, opting to cut back on to his right foot. Went with the left late on, only to shank well wide of the target.
