Luton produced a hugely disappointing performance during their 2-0 defeat at Millwall last night. Martin Cranie's own goal on the strike of half time and Connor Mahoney's goal with 12 minutes to go were enough for the Lions, who dominated the 90 minutes. To find out how the visitors rated on the evening, see below.
5. Sonny Bradley: 4
Like Pearson, was buffeted by Smith who got the better of Town’s back-line, and not for the first time either. Crucially couldn't win his header from a corner just seconds before half time as the Lions grabbed the lead. Passing slightly off too.
6. Glen Rea: 4
Surprisingly lacklustre showing from the midfielder who so often is the one that gets stuck in for Town. Lengthy treatment for a facial injury, but another who was below par on the evening, giving the ball away on a number of occasions.
7. Luke Berry: 4
One of Town’s midfield who were under the cosh from virtually minute one with Millwall finding it easy to get on top and stay there. A clever corner routine almost paid dividends in the first half, but was replaced on the hour by Morrell.
8. Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu: 3.5
A night where absolutely nothing came off for him at all, as he saw a number of passes misplaced or cut out. Slammed one shot over, but lost possession in midfield as Millwall went through to make the game safe late on.
