Scott Griffiths: 7 - Another vital part of Town’s defensive make-up, while always looking for ways to attack too.

Hide AdLuke Wilkinson (STAR MAN): 8.5 - Fantastic display from the centre half. Scored early and then dominated the Yellows’ frontline.
Steve McNulty: 8 - Enjoyed his tussle with Barnett and looked to be back to his A-game once more.
Nathan Doyle: 7 - Proved a good defensive screen in front of the back four, allowing Ruddock Mpanzu and Smith to burst forward.
Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu: 8 - All action again from the eye-catching midfielder. Should have notched a quickfire second though.

Hide AdJonathan Smith: 7.5 - Given the freedom to venture further forward than before and was his usual energetic self.
Shaun Whalley: 5.5 - Couldn’t quite recapture his pre-season form and got knocked off the ball too often.
Jake Howells: 7 - Added some balance to Town’s attacks, but got lucky with his penalty.
Mark Cullen: 6.5 - Ran and ran and ran for the cause, although was left isolated too often.

Andy Drury (SUB): 7 - His introduction saw Luton look after the ball with real confidence in the closing stages.
