Fraser Franks: 7 - Looked the most assured of the three centre halves and defended well throughout.
Steve McNulty: 6.5 - A solid performance from Town’s skipper, but was exposed by Smith’s clever movement for the winner.

Hide AdLuke Wilkinson: 6.5 - A strong display to limit Swindon in the first half, just couldn’t prevent the winning goal.
Paul Connolly: 6 - Did well in the early exchanges, but the pace of the game caught up with him towards the end.
Scott Griffiths: 5 - Struggled to cope with the pace and direct running of Nathan Byrne, and was beaten too often.
Andy Drury: 5.5 - The midfielder spent much of the game chasing Swindon’s shadows. Fouled Byrne for the equalising spot kick.

Hide AdMatt Robinson: 6 - Like Drury, he was pressed into more defensive work as Swindon were on top in midfield.
Luke Rooney: 7 - Took a while to get going, but once he found his passing range he was Town’s biggest threat. Took a great penalty, but was sent off in controversial circumstances for an alleged dive.
Paul Benson: 6 - The striker was a presence up top, but couldn’t make his mark on the game.
Mark Cullen: 6 - Well marshalled by the Swindon defence, had to make some clever runs to receive possession.

Hide AdLuke Guttridge (SUB): 5.5 - First game back in a long time, and came on to the pitch with Swindon well on top so saw little of the ball.
Ross Lafayette (SUB): 5 - Was limited in service, though a poor touch cost him the chance to shoot for a late Town equaliser.
Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu (SUB): 6 - Had little time to make an impact, and couldn’t stop Swindon’s midfield dominance in the closing stages.
