Luton defender Gabriel Osho was part of the Rochdale side who were involved in a six-goal thriller at promotion-chasing Peterborough United in League One on Saturday, drawing 3-3.

Siriki Dembele put the visitors ahead after five minutes with a fine strike into the top corner from 25 yards.

Osho then went close himself, going on a rampaging run and firing in an effort that was saved by Posh keeper Christy Pym.

Against the run of play, Sammy Szmodics doubled their advantage on the stroke of half time, beating Dale stopper Gavin Bazunu.

After the break, the hosts halved the deficit 10 minutes in from the penalty spot, Stephen Humphrys sending Pym the wrong way.

Dale then levelled with three minutes to go, Jake Beesley heading home from Matt Done’s cross and it looked like they would leave victorious, Jimmy Keohane on target.

However, Posh were then awarded a penalty in stoppage time, Johnson Clarke-Harrison converting the spot-kick.

Peter Kioso started as Northampton Town slipped back into the relegation zone following a 1-0 home defeat by Crewe Alexandra.

The visitors managed the only goal of the game on 74 minutes when Owen Dale fired past former Hatters’ loanee Jonathan Mitchell.

Elliot Lee wasn’t involved as Oxford United lost 2-0 at home to Blackpool.

The attacker will miss tonight’s trip to Northampton, but is hoping to be involved against Lincoln City on Friday as U’s manager Karl Robinson said: “He was due to play last Saturday.

"We’d trained with him in the team and then he came to see me the day before the game and just said he felt something in his knee and we wanted to get that checked out.

“Thankfully we have got to the bottom of that and he should be back this weekend.”

Josh Neufville began for Yeovil Town as they lost 2-0 at Notts County in the National League.

The Town youngster began in an unfamiliar right back role due to an injury in the Glovers’ ranks as Jake Reeves opened the scoring when firing a free-kick into the top corner from 35-yards out.

After the break, Jordan Barnett made it 2-0 with 12 minutes to go, as Yeovil couldn’t hit back.

Harry Isted started as Wealdstone crashed to a 4-0 defeat to Weymouth in the National League, now sitting just five points above the relegation zone.

A first half goal from Terras captain and ex Luton striker Josh McQuoid put the Terrars ahead, before Brennan Camp made it 2-0.

Sean Shields then scored two in two minutes late on to seal the game.
