A statement on the club website said: “The orange home kit is constructed of a premium woven waffle fabric.

“It features a discrete collar, elevating the standard v neck with the asymmetric theme running through into the colour cuffs and short piping.

“We’re also delighted to be able to offer women’s home kit too, as well as mini-kits featuring bespoke branded shorts and socks.

“Our new white kit features an impactful design reminiscent of our famous Luton Town Umbro kit from the early 91-92 season.

“Our designers wanted to bring an up-to-date twist on this memorable design, creating a dynamic asymmetric theme that runs through the entire collection.

“Our subtle dark navy kit incorporates the colours used in the home and white kits with asymmetric piping on shoulder and cuffs.

“As we continue to celebrate our 135th year, our banded colour identity features on the back of the neck of each shirt.

“This design which has been used throughout this year’s anniversary year was developed by the Club, and references the colours of Luton Town kits since our formation in 1885.”

The new kits are available to pre-order now and expected to arrive on August 7 (home); September 7 (white) and October 2 (navy), with adult shirts priced at £49, junior shirts £29 and infants £25.

Meanwhile, Town also confirmed they have signed a long term partnership with Umbro from the start of the 2020-21 season, lasting four years.

It’s not the first time Town have linked up with Umbro, as their 1959 FA Cup Final shirts were made by the designer, along with kits in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

The club have also confirmed they will have a new sponsor in place for the new season, with JB Developments replacing Indigo Residential.

Indigo came on board at the end of the 2017-18 season and the Luton-based estate agency have had two incredible campaigns, with promotion from League One and then staying in the Championship on the final day.

The club added: “We wanted to take this opportunity to express our thanks to Brian, Sean, Scott and everyone at Indigo Residential for all their support as home shirt sponsors and we look forward to working with them again in the future.”
