With Euro 2020 starting this week, a special poll was run on the Luton News website asking supporters to select their best ever team of internationals who have represented the Hatters. The only rule was they had to win a cap while at Kenilworth Road and to see who made the final cut, check out the full team below.
5. CD: Markus Heikkinen (Finland) - 21%
Popular centre half won 14 of his 61 caps during his two years with the Hatters after joining from HJK Helsinki.
6. RW: Carlos Edwards (Trinidad & Tobago) - 26%
Won 17 of his impressive 92 caps while at Kenilworth Road and also featured in the 2006 World Cup Finals, playing in all three group stage matches against Sweden, England and Paraguay.
7. CM: Ricky Hill (England) - 50%
True Luton Town legend won three caps for England with his debut coming in September 1982 as a substitute for Bryan Robson in a 2-2 draw with Denmark, Bobby Robson's first match in charge of the Three Lions.
8. CM: Danny Wilson - 16%
One of Town's Littlewoods Cup heroes, the midfielder won 15 of his 24 caps while with Luton, also scoring his only international goal in that time, coming in a 1-1 draw against Poland.
