The 28-year-old, who penned a long-term deal at the club on Friday, believes the pair are just the kind of characters Town need going forward.

He said: “They’re not just very good players, they’ve got very good attitudes as well.

“Cameron McGeehan has got an absolutely spot on attitude, he’s looking to learn and do well, so is Michael Harriman.

“Both of those players we’re really hoping will stay with us and I’m sure that they will.

“They know how big a club Luton is and it’s only going one way.”

Fellow midfield general Nathan Doyle was also hoping to link up with both McGeehan and Harriman again next term and felt that any new players joining this summer could well be swayed by Luton’s support both home and away.
