The likes of Ricky Miller and Charlie Walker have both found first team opportunities limited recently, while Alex Wall has just returned to full fitness.

Although Miller, who had a spell with Dover Athletic this year, is currently injured, Still said: “In the striking areas, there may be a loan of two.

“Ricky Miller is not available at the moment with a crack on his toe, it’s nothing terrible, but all the others are fit.

“Ross Lafayette is out (at Woking), but his loan’s coming up soon, so we might find when Ricky is fit, him or Charlie can go again.

“Alex Wall has come back and has got a lot of fitness behind him now. He’s been involved a little for a couple of games, so we’ll judge that as well.”

Town have captain Steve McNulty banned for four games, Nathan Doyle injured for up to six weeks and a doubt over Luke Wilkinson ahead of this week’s encounter with Carlisle, so Still won’t be letting any his defenders leave.

He added: “If we were going to loan a centre half out, we won’t now, that’s an obvious one as we may have two out.

“Even with one out, that only leaves us with three.

“With people coming back to fitness, I’m not sure that would affect one or two things we might do though. Lets wait and see what’s possible for people to do.”

Still hasn’t been able to add to his squad yet, but admits talks remain on going.

He added: “One or two we were looking at were loans with permanents attached to it.

“It hasn’t happened yet, but that doesn’t mean to say it won’t happen.”
