Town boss is considering a move in loan market

Hatters boss John Still has confirmed he may still venture into the loan market next week and didn’t rule out a move for Barnet attacker Keanu Marsh-Brown if the terms are right.

The Town manager admitted to the News/Gazette recently he had tried to buy Marsh-Brown on transfer deadline day, but that the Bees had placed too high a value on him.

Speaking this week, he said: “We’ve made a few enquiries and now it’s about waiting to see what happens on that.

“They (Barnet) wanted too much money when we went to buy, and only if that changes will we try and do something.

“If I do loan, I want it to be something long-term too, like Cameron McGeehan was last season.”
