The 21-year-old midfielder was released this summer by the Hatters and decided to move to Creasey Park despite interest from elsewhere.

Dunstable, who will play in the Evo-Stik Southern League Division One Central this season, have strengthened their squad immeasurably with the signings of Watkins, Shane Blackett, Matthew Nolan and Chris Marsh.

McLoughlin said: “Adam has a great pedigree and without a doubt is a great signing.

“The ambition of the club is for all to see and the squad will be strong.”
