Barton then upped their tempo, going close though Alex O’Brien and Tyler Ingham, before James Bishop levelled the scores on the half hour mark.

Petersfield were well on top after the break though and retook the lead with 18 minutes to play through Joe Richardson.

However, this immediately lifted Rovers as the equaliser came just two minutes later, as the hard working O’Brien fired home.

Both sides battled hard for the remaining 15 minutes, despite creating several good chances, neither team could force a winner.
