Shortly after Lansiquot had a lob cleared off the line and then should have won a penalty after being hauled to the floor by Nathan Bowden-Haase inside the box.

Ed Smith though levelled for Slough towards the end of the first half with a neat volley, while 13 minutes into the second half, Slough took the lead when Alex Brown capitalised on a goalmouth scramble.

Barton were reduced to 10 men when defender Nick Leach was dismissed for two bookable offences and in injury time, Smith added his second to complete the win.

This Saturday Barton host Northwood.
