Vinny hits four in Crawley Green romp
Shrieves gave notice of his intent in the opening minutes when he headed over from a James McCarthy cross before McCarthy then shot wide from Adam Reid’s corner.

Hide AdCrawley started the second half well with Gary Capehorn and Lee Loasby both going close, only to see Bedford level on 59 minutes with a fine free-kick from Keith Thomas.
Less than a minute later though, Green restored their lead as Reid fed Shrieves who finished well.
The home side rallied as Reid’s clearance rebounded off Lee Loasby and hit the bar.
Crawley made the most of their good fortune as O’Dell again was the provider for Shrieves to complete his hat-trick after 84 minutes.
