Frier cooks up a storm as Kingfishers put in golden displays at East Region meetings

LUTON diver Rebecca Frier starred at a series of East Region meetings, taking home three gold medals and one silver from three competitions within the last two weeks.

Kingfishers Diving Club team-mate James Cripps performed in his first ever competition. He thrilled the crowd from the top of the podium with a win after only nine months of diving, while fellow newcomers Henry Biggs and April Whitworth claimed second and third places respectively.
