Luton Rugby fall to Letchworth

Luton Rugby opened their home London North One League campaign with defeat to Letchworth on Saturday.

Although the margin of the defeat was hard on a spirited and committed home side, the visitors had more of a cutting edge in attack and were deserved winners.

Luton’s points came through Joe Murphy’s try, while Aidan Kenny kicked a conversion and a penalty.

Luton travel to Ruislip this weekend.
