Luton Rugby send Rochford down with convincing display
The much-changed visitors started well as Chris Davis scored in the corner and Rik Hobbs converted.
Luton grabbed a second try through local student Dave Brennan after good work by captain Steve Ellis, Hobbs again converting.

Hide AdRochford pulled a converted score back to trail 14-7, but Luton were in total control and just before half time Ellis surged through several tackles to dot down, with Hobbs adding the extras.
In the second period Luton strung a fine move together as Ellis broke clear to set up Brennan for his second, with Hobbs making it 28-7.
Rochford grabbed another score, but Luton stepped up the tempo as Hobbs topped off a great day with a try of his own that he converted.
Matt Yang then forced his way over and Hobbs’ boot completed the 32-12 success.
This weekend Luton host Diss, while in Midlands Three East South, Stockwood Park go to Deepings.
