LUTON Rugby went down to a narrow 5-0 defeat at Malvern in National League Three Midlands on Saturday in a game played on a quagmire of a pitch after torrential overnight rain.
The pitch resembled a ploughed field after only a few minutes and the mud made both side almost indistinguishable.
