Newsham claims second win for Luton’s Team ES Racing
Luton-based Team ES Racing tasted more glory as Dave Newsham again took the chequered flag in the British Touring Car Championship stage at Knockhill over the weekend.
Despite experiencing a troubled race meeting, Newsham took full advantage of the reverse grid draw in race three to claim his and the team’s second victory.
The dominance of the ex-Triple Eight Vauxhall Vectras of Team ES Racing and independent rival Team Wood Racing at Snetterton meant the BTCC organisers reduced their turbo boost limit this weekend.
