Park secured the bonus points through scoring four tries and finishing within seven points of the opposition.

Coach Rod Keating said: “Although the result was disappointing, the second-half performance was positive and a good indication of what we are capable of and we hope to do that next week for 80 minutes.”

Park trailed 11-7 at half-time, with their only try coming from a Casey Waterfield with Jason Carr converting.

In the second half, Brackley pulled away into a 23-7 lead, but Park battled back as the home team tired, with David Keating, captain Jamie Hoque and Casimir Abaka touching down three unconverted tries.
